SISTEM INFORMASI PB.SURYAKENCANA BERBASIS WEB UNTUK KLASIFIKASI KATEGORI ATLET BERDASARKAN USIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE DECISION TREE

Along with the development of information technology, various aspects of human life are experiencing significant changes, including in sports that are very popular such as badminton. PB.Suryakencana is committed to forming talented athletes in Sukabumi into strong foundations in the world of national and international sports and encouraging their journey towards success as professional athletes. Because there is no official website that stores data in the PB.Suryakencana database, there is no database that stores important information or documents in an organized manner. This is the main obstacle in managing data which is still manual. The system design method used in this research is the prototype approach. This method provides a clearer picture of the overall design and provides an initial framework for modeling the system being developed. The Decision Tree method is used to place athletes into categories based on age with clear visual representation. Decision Trees have the advantage of being able to provide an easy-to-understand description of system decisions. To ensure that the PB.Suryakencana information system runs well, an important step is to evaluate the model using the Confusion Matrix. The evaluation results show that the model has an accuracy of 99%, which shows that the model can classify athletes with a fairly high level of accuracy. In addition, testing in Black Box Tetsing is used to test system functions as a whole.
