ANALISIS PENJADWALAN ULANG PROYEK PADA PEKERJAAN PONDASI BORE PILE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERT (Studi Kasus RSI Assyifa Sukabumi)

Carrying out the work of a project not only requires reliable human resources, but also must be supported by good management. Planning project activities is a very important issue because planning is the basis for a project so that the project being implemented can be completed in an optimal time. The PERT method is a management tool related to planning and time on a project. This method can be applied in project implementation, so that all work can go according to plan and provide satisfactory results. The purpose of this research is to determine the duration required for foundation work based on the PERT method, to determine the project completion time and the project success rate, to find out the comparison of the existing schedule with the results of project rescheduling using the PERT method for Bore Pile Foundation work. In looking for the possibility of achieving the project time that has been planned in the time schedule by analyzing using the PERT method and analyzing project time through activities. Based on the results of the analysis using the PERT method, the borepile foundation work can be completed in 65 days, whereas in the Time Schedule the existing project takes 83 days. Based on the results of this analysis, for the completion target, the probability value for the project is completed with a target of 65 days with a probability of 99.64%.
