SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN JASA DOKUMENTASI FOTO DAN VIDIO PADA BRAND MALLORY IN FRAME MENGGUNAKAN CRM BERBASIS WEBSITE

The rapid development of technology in the current global era, the role of information technology is very important as a supporter of activities in various fields, especially in improving customer service. Mallory In Frame as one of the businesses engaged in photography and videography documentation services must of course be supported by this. Consumer satisfaction with good service certainly requires a tool, namely a Web-based scheduling application that can support this. the author tries to conduct research on this by taking the theme of the discussion of the web-based photo and video documentation service scheduling application. In making this web-based application, the author uses the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method which uses the IDIC model and the Prototype development method. By using this method, application development can be carried out in stages so that it can be evaluated by users quickly. Testing in this study uses Black Box testing. In the data collection process, the author conducted Observations and Interviews with the Mallory In Frame company in order to obtain relevant and appropriate information, in order to support the information to be presented, data collection from various sources, both books and the internet, needs to be carried out. By building this scheduling information system, it produces a web-based photo documentation service scheduling system with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration that is able to manage scheduling data efficiently and reduce the potential for errors or schedule conflicts. The developed system allows customers to view empty schedules in real-time, make schedule reservations, and access portfolio information and service packages easily.
