Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sukabumi Regency Social Service. In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study were 47 employees of the Sukabumi Regency Social Service. The number of samples taken was 47 people, with the determination of sampling using the census sampling technique, namely using the entire population to be sampled. The data used in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and interviews. As well as secondary data in the form of data collected from internet sites, or from a reference that is the same as what is being researched by the author. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis technique and is assisted by Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
