ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA CV. ZXZ DENGAN PENDEKATAN AUDIT MANAJEMEN

This research is entitled “Analysis of the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Human Resources Function at CV. ZXZ Industry with a Management Audit Approach”. This type of research is Descriptive Qualitative, with data collection techniques: Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Data Triangulation. This research data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is Milles and Hiberman's 1984 data analysis: Data reduction, Data presentation, and Conclusion and verification. The purpose of the study was to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management at CV. ZXZ, as well as to assess the suitability of observations with documents regarding human resources. The results of this research show that: the eight Human Resources functions of CV. ZXZ have been running completely, effectively, and efficiently. Of the eight functions, there are three other functions that are not running well, namely: (1) the occupational safety and health function has been running effectively and efficiently but has not been maximized in its application in the field as evidenced by the presence of several employees who do not wear shoes in the production area, (2) the career planning and development function does not yet exist, this is evidenced by the prolonged employment contract period, (3) the employee job satisfaction function has not been maximized in assessing job satisfaction, this is evidenced by employees who feel dissatisfied. So the researcher provides several suggestions for three.
