ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PARKIR DI RUAS JL. AHMAD YANI KOTA SUKABUMI

Sukabumi City is one of the cities in West Java as an urban area in the medium category, although in the medium category Sukabumi is experiencing development in various sectors, one of which is the economic sector.The high number of visitors at the Citimall shopping center in Sukabumi City and the shops located on Jl. Ahmad Yani Sukabumi City has created various new problems, one of which is parking problems. The research method used is to analyze parking needs by calculating parking characteristics such as number of vehicles, parking duration, parking index, parking accumulation and other factors that can support better parking system management. Apart from that, in order to know the quality of parking services based on the level of user satisfaction, the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method is used which is designed in a questionnaire containing assessment parameters which have previously been tested for validity and reliability using IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of land area research parking on Jl. Ahmad Yani Sukabumi City is currently insufficient to accommodate parking vehicles during peak hours. The effective parking area that can be used is only around 364 SRP or 273 m, whereas according to the results of the parking needs analysis survey, 521 SRP or around 390 m of parking space is needed to accommodate all parked vehicles at peak hours. The overall satisfaction felt by parking users is quite satisfied. This is proven by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value obtained which is between 51%-65%, namely 57.49%.
