Abstract

In the implementation of a development project, three interrelated factors are of particular importance in the management process: cost, quality, and time. However, the realization of these factors may not align with the initial expectations. In its realization, three factors may not ensure that the implementation time of a construction project aligns with the planned schedule. However, a construction project can be completed within the planned timeframe without experiencing delays. Accordingly, an acceleration calculation is essential for addressing delays in construction projects, ensuring that no party is disadvantaged in the event of such delays. The research was conducted on the New School Unit project of SMP Negeri 5 Cikupa, which is situated on Jalan Raya Korelet, Kampung Baru, Cikupa, Tangerang, Indonesia. Bunderan is located in Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The method employed in this study utilizes the Critical Path Method (CPM) to ascertain which work activities are on the critical path or trajectory. Subsequently, the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is employed to determine the probability of the project's completion within the stipulated timeframe. The CPM method was employed to conduct an analysis, which revealed that the critical activity is within the scope of the job.
