PERENCANAAN PENJADWALAN ULANG PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KOMBINASI METODE PRECEDENCE DIAGRAMMING METHOD (PDM) DAN PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE (PERT) (Studi Kasus Gedung Islamic Center Cicurug)

Timeliness, cost and quality are matters of concern in project planning which are stated in project scheduling. During project work, several problems arose in project planning and control, namely the difficulty of mapping the critical path of an activity.
In the Cicurug Islamic Center Building Construction Project, there were several obstacles that affected the implementation time. This research aims to plan work scheduling and find out the required duration using a combination of PERT and PDM methods. Apart from that, to find out the comparison between the existing project schedule and the PERT and PDM combination method scheduling and to find out how likely it is that the structural work can be completed according to target. It is hoped that this research can be a comparison and input for solving problems that occur.
The research results obtained were that the duration of completion of structural work on the Cicurug Islamic Center Building Construction Project was 78 days. With the critical path being on Pack. Excavation, Pack. Landfill, Pack. Footplate foundation, Pack. Stair plate, Pack. Antred, Pack. Landing beam (Front stairs & Back basement stairs), Pack. Column KP, Pack. Hanging beam, Pack. Dak plate (1st Floor), Pack. Column K1, Pack. Beam B1, Pack. Beam B2, Pack. Dak plate (2nd Floor), Pack. Column K1, Pack. Beam B1, Pack. The roof plate (roof floor) has a probability of 92.92%.
