ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK DAN KEBUTUHAN PARKIR PADA SAAT LIBUR HARI RAYA DI TEMPAT WISATA SITU GUNUNG SUKABUMI

Tourist attractions are one of the most visited objects during weekend holidays, holidays, and the end of the year. In the past 2 years since the existence of the longest suspension bridge tour in Southeast Asia, causing the tourist area of Situ Gunung Sukabumi to be densely visited by tourists from outside Sukabumi. This certainly leads to parking lots that are unable to accommodate the large number of visitors who come to the Situ Gunung Sukabumi tourist location
The method used in this study is a descriptive method with survey and analysis techniques using the parking characteristics calculation formula. The population in this study was the population of visitors who came to the location of the Situ Gunung tourist attraction. The sample of respondents was visitors who visited the location of the Situ Gunung tourist attraction. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation studies. The results showed that the parking of mountain situ tourist attractions was full during the holiday holidays with a maximum parking index of passenger cars of 135.71% andn 138.46% for motorcycle vehicles. The availability of motorcycle parking on the situ gunung tourist attraction has an hourly capacity of 41.23 or 41 vehicles and 20.84 or 21 vehicles for passenger cars. The average parking space requirement for a motorcycle is 72.06 plots (SRP) or 72 parking plots if rounded up. And the highest need is on May 05, 2022 with the need for 119.69 parking plots. The average parking passenger car space requirement is 54.42 plots (SRP) or 54 parking plots if rounded up. And the highest need is on May 05, 2022 with the need for 92.88 parking plots.
