PERENCANAAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PADA MESIN CNC FIBER LASER CUTTING DI CV. PHONNA RAYA MACHINERY

For the process of cutting mild steel and stainless steel plate materials at CV. Phonna Raya Machinery uses a CNC fiber laser cutting machine, however, there has been no action related to preventive maintenance, causing compatibility problems and damage that occurs during working hours at the company and resulting in the machine not being able to be used temporarily and also causing harm to the company because the production process stops, this damage can be minimized with preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance is planned maintenance to prevent potential damage. Preventive maintenance is a maintenance activity carried out to prevent unexpected damage and find the cause of damage to product facilities. The preventive maintenance planning that will be carried out refers to the guidebook reference from the website, which is divided into three activity sections, namely daily activities, monthly activities and quarterly activities.
