SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN SELEKSI PENERIMAAN PANITIA PEMILIHAN KECAMATAN (PPK) MENGGUNAKAN WEIGHTED PRODUCT DI KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

The year 2024 will be an important year in the history of democracy in Indonesia, as elections will be held that will determine the new face of the government. Therefore, this election activity involves many parties, including the General Election Commission (KPU). KPU needs the support of many supporters. In preparation for this election, the KPU held a selection for the acceptance of the Sub-District Election Committee (PPK), especially the Sukabumi Regency KPU. In determining prospective employees who will be accepted as PPK in each previous election, they still use a manual method, thus reducing the effectiveness in selecting prospective employees. One solution to overcome this problem is the need for an employee recruitment decision support system that can facilitate the Sukabumi Regency KPU in determining prospective employees who will be accepted according to predetermined criteria. The results of calculations carried out by the system have determined that out of a total of 148 applicants who took part in the selection, only 90 applicants were declared as PPK support staff with the highest score by Anwar Syapei with an average value of 0.008778 while the lowest score was by Mulyadi with an average value of 0.006076.
