Abstract
Mozzarella cheese is one of the most popular food products. A very popular product in the food industry, especially in a variety of Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta, and other baked goods. The many brands and variants of mozzarella cheese on the market often make it difficult for consumers to choose the right product. This study aims to analyze and provide recommendations for mozzarella cheese products that are most in line with consumer preferences, in order to increase buying interest in the market. Using the Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) method, with an approach to selecting mozzarella cheese products through multi-criteria evaluation. As a result, Arla mozzarella cheese products are ranked 1st based on the value of leaving flow (0.322917), entering flow (0.0625) and net flow value (0.260417), making Arla products the most suitable alternative for consumer needs. in the aspect of the most advantages of the results of all calculations. This research integrates website development using the SDLC/waterfall method as a means to disseminate results and recommendations to the wider community. In addition, system testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method to ensure the constraints and functionality of the website. By understanding consumer preferences and providing objective and informative information through an easy-to-access website, it can increase awareness and buying interest in mozzarella cheese products.
