In line with advances in information technology, schools can also develop
effective and efficient information systems in order to improve the quality of communication between students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders in the school so that students and parents will be able to use the required information services quickly. and easy. One of this information is information on payments for Educational Development Contributions (SPP). Currently, tuition payment processing is mostly manual and relies on spreadsheets which are ineffective for handling tuition payments due to the limited spreadsheet columns which require officers to create a new version every new school year, resulting in more time spent by officers to collect the necessary information. Tuition payments at Putra Mandala Vocational School, Sukabumi Regency are currently still manual so there are still several problems and errors when processing financial data using spreadsheets. Apart from that, another problem at Putra Mandala Vocational School, Sukabumi Regency is the delay in preparing financial reports which takes up a lot of time, resulting in the officers' work being ineffective and if proof of payment is damaged or lost it will cause problems for both the school and students. This research uses a prototype system development method. The usability test was completed by 10 respondents, the average percentage result obtained from the five questions given was 90%, this percentage was in the strongly agree criteria according to the Likert scale.
