Abstract
Employee recruitment is the most important thing in building a company, which means that it must go through a process including searching, selecting, and determining prospective employees to match the needs expected by the company and according to predetermined competency standards. In the process of recruiting employees at PT Proxinet, it is still done manually so it takes a lot of time and money. Therefore, the author provides a solution to overcome these problems, namely the need for a decision support system that aims to facilitate the company in the employee recruitment process by finding the best alternative based on predetermined criteria, the research is carried out by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process is carried out which will determine the optimal alternative. Based on the explanation above, the results of this study are PT. Proxinet has a website for employee recruitment decision support systems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and The calculations performed by the system have determined that out of a total of 113 applicants, only 19 applicants have been accepted as employees at PT. Proxinet. The highest score was achieved by Mr. Muhammad Ikbal Adiwinata, with a total score of 0.62125.
