PENGUJIAN KUALITAS PERANGKAT LUNAK WEBSITE SIAKAD NUSA PUTRA BERDASARKAN STANDAR ISO/IEC 9126

Quality testing of the Nusa Putra Academic Information System (Siakad) website has not been carried out based on the ISO/IEC 9126 international standard, which includes aspects of functionality, usability, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and maintainability. This causes less than optimal website quality in supporting the needs of users and institutions. This research uses the ISO/IEC 9126 standard to evaluate the quality of the Siakad Nusa Putra website. The data collection methods used include direct observation and questionnaires distributed to website users. Data analysis was conducted using Guttman scale for functionality aspect and Likert scale for usability aspect. The test results show that the Siakad Nusa Putra website meets several criteria of the ISO/IEC 9126 standard, but there are still some aspects that require improvement. The functionality test shows a value close to 1, which indicates that most functions run well. In the usability aspect, the score obtained is in the "Good" category with a percentage score between 60% - 80%. Recommendations for improvement are given based on the test results to improve the quality of the website to better meet the ISO / IEC 9126 standards as a whole.
