Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the SIREKAP information system in tallying votes during the 2024 general elections using the UEQ method. The research aims to understand user experience with the SIREKAP application, focusing on user interaction to enhance satisfaction and improve system engagement. Through the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), the study delves into six variables: Clarity, Novelty, Efficiency, Accuracy, Attractiveness, and Stimulation. By employing quantitative research methods, data was collected through literature review and online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Primary data was gathered directly from 150 respondents, while secondary data was sourced from previous studies. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the SIREKAP application is currently considered ineffective. With 150 respondents categorized across 26 questions using a 1 to 7 rating scale, it is concluded that the attractiveness variable obtained the lowest score of -0.11, indicating a need to improve aspects of comfort, friendliness, and responsiveness in the SIREKAP application. Similarly, the clarity variable (Perspicuity), also at -0.11, suggests a need for improvement in terms of ease of understanding, clarity, and comprehensibility in information delivery. Respondent feedback on the efficiency variable received a score of 0.02, dependability 0.05, and stimulation 0.04, indicating fairly positive responses, each above 0.00. However, the novelty variable received a response score of -0.03.
