PERANCANGAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN TERMINAL MENGGUNAKAN ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK (Studi Kasus : Terminal Tipe A Jl. Lingkar Selatan)

Sukabumi Type A Station, which is located on the South South Ring Road, Sudajaya Jayahilir Village, Baros District Number 7, Sukabumi City, is one of the extensions of development in the Sukabumi City area with a fairly long stretch, starting from Cibolang, Sukabumi Regency to the end of Jalan Ciandam which serves public transportation. especially Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) and Inter-City Within Province (AKDP) buses, by fulfilling their function as road transport infrastructure for the purpose of transporting people and/or goods as well as arranging the arrival and departure of public transport. Sukabumi type A terminal still uses a manual information service and ticket ordering system, so the management system in the terminal that is currently running needs to come directly to the terminal, causing passengers to have limited access to services regarding transportation information and ticket reservations at Sukabumi City Type A Terminal. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Terminal service information system to increase effectiveness in Terminal Service business processes in the future. This research uses the Zachman Framework which focuses on structured steps for planning, designing and explaining business processes from each perspective. Based on tests that have been carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method, the test results were obtained at 75.5 and received a grade of Good, meaning that the design made was feasible and acceptable because it was above the average, namely 68.
