PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERUMAHAN MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK ZACHMAN (Studi Kasus : Perumahan Tiara Regency)

Tiara Regency Housing has shortcomings in the effectiveness of booking units, one of which is that customers have to come directly to survey the unit. This makes customers who don't have much time and want quick bookings become hindered. Therefore, this research aims to design a management information system that supports administrative services. use. The solution is to design a booking information system which will later be used to book units online. The Zachman method was used to carry out the design, focusing on the case study of the Tiara Regency Sukabumi Housing developer. The Zachman method is used to analyze and design the information structure required by the organization. This research involves the stages of identifying information needs, analyzing data structures, and designing an information system that suits the needs and characteristics of Tiara Regency Housing. The research method used is the case study method, with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services at Tiara Regency Housing through the implementation of an appropriate management information system. This research resulted in the design of a booking information system that provides 6 features including the unit selection feature, unit booking feature, processing fee/DP feature, payment/repayment feature, and cash/credit selection feature. This design was approved by prospective customers and prospective Tiara Regency admin developer users.
