Abstract

The design of a traditional cake sales monitoring system at CV Agung Jaya using the Zachman framework aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process. In traditional cake sales activities, especially at CV Agung Jaya, many processes are still done manually. This leads to several problems such as difficulty in tracking cake stock, lack of real-time sales data, and insufficient accurate information for decision-making. By implementing technology-based information systems, it is hoped that these problems can be overcome. The use of the Zachman framework will help in organizing and classifying every important aspect in system design, consisting of 6 columns and 6 rows covering data, functions, networks, people, time, and motivation. The steps of designing the traditional cake sales monitoring system at CV Agung Jaya include data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies to understand existing business needs and processes. Next, the collected data will be processed using the Zachman Framework to generate the appropriate system analysis and design. The planned system will allow CV Agung Jaya to track cake stock in real- time, monitor daily sales, generate automatic sales reports, and provide the necessary information for better decision-making. Therefore, the design of the traditional cake sales monitoring system at CV Agung Jaya using the Zachman framework is expected to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and control over the entire traditional cake sales process.
