Abstract

The Riau Archipelago is ranked second in the province in Indonesia with the largest number of islands after West Papua. It is a tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists from various places such as Singapore, Malaysia, India, and so on. Accommodation such as a hotel is needed as a place to rest and to spend time on the island. Hotel Erison as a 2 star hotel which was founded in 1994 and began operating in 1996 still survives today. The problem faced by Hotel Erison is that there is no system design for online reservations, check-in, check-out, employees, cleaning history, and financial reports. Overall, it is still manual, so it takes a long time to create reports and errors often occur in calculations, so it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture using the Zachman framework as a structured approach to understanding complex information systems. Zachman's framework is widely considered to be the foundation for linking corporate management structures and development systems. The test results on the blueprint using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method obtained a score of 70.645113. It can be concluded that the blueprint has a good level of usability, so you can use and be helped by the blueprint presented. The author hopes to be able to provide a design or blueprint to companies regarding the flow of the system being created and to make it easier for programmers to implement hotel information system designs using the Zachman framework.
