OPTIMALISASI SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS WEBSITE TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING

Sukabumi City is the third smallest city after Cirebon City and Cimahi City in West Java Province. The city of Sukabumi has many tourist attractions consisting of natural tourism, cultural tourism and artificial tourism, but the lack of information makes these objects less well known among the public, both outside the city and within the city. One of the most popular natural tourist attractions is the hot springs. Cikundul. One of the original sources of regional income for the city of Sukabumi comes from the tourism sector, both artificial tourism and natural tourism, where this income is one of the mainstays of this city in order to improve the community's economy and build infrastructure so that the city becomes more advanced and develops well. Water baths Cikundul hot springs is a natural tourist attraction that originates from flowing river water. This tourist attraction is located at Jalan Proklik Number 242, Cikundul Village, Lembursitu District. From 2021 to 2023, Cikundul hot springs experienced an increase. However, according to previous research, visitors have increased. However, there are still 17% of visitors who are not satisfied with all the facilities and services provided. Data was taken from filling out a questionnaire with a total of 250 respondents. This research aims to solve the problem of visitor dissatisfaction by designing a website to find information easily and this research is in processing data using the k-means Clustering method. Although this research is not yet strong enough to be used as a parameter for the Sukabumi City tourism office and hot spring management, it can be an illustration of the research results and problems can be solved so that the tourism office can improve and develop the natural bathing tourist attraction Cikundul hot springs to be even better so that visitors both in the city and outside the city feel satisfied with the facilities and services provided when traveling to the Cikundul hot springs.
