Abstract
Mixed reality is a technology that combines augmented reality and virtual reality. Nowadays, MR technology is widely used in various fields to make human life easier. Apple Vision Pro is a mixed-reality headset that blends virtual reality (VR)and augmented reality (AR) aspects. Apple Vision is claimed to have been integrated with the Apple ecosystem, so it offers a number of advantages that other products do not have. But in fact, public enthusiasm for using the Apple Vision Pro did not last long. Just two weeks after its release, users decided to return the product. The research proposed a deep learning approach with the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) algorithm for classification, which proved effective for Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks and had good performance in sentence classification. The data used is a comment taken based on three English-language comment sources taken between June 2023 and April 2024, using the Google Colab tool. In the test phase of this study, the researchers performed two scenarios, namely the first scenario in which the model was not given a drop-out and the second scenario in which a drop-out was used, which yielded the same accuracy value of 81.86%. So it appears that the model that did not use dropout or drop out did not overfit on its data set because the accurate value was the same.
