AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI WEBSITE UNIVERSITAS NUSA PUTRA MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019 DOMAIN DELIVER SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Nusa Putra University is an evolving institution. To facilitate the dissemination of information to the public, Nusa Putra University has developed a dual-language informational website in both Indonesian and English. This initiative aims to ease inquiries related to Nusa Putra University for both domestic and international audiences, aligning with the university's vision to attain international standards. However, the university's website often encounters accessibility issues for students and the public, particularly during critical periods such as accreditation processes. These issues stem from various factors including prolonged loading times, unresponsive servers to search engine queries, and recurring virus attacks. Therefore, researchers aim to conduct an audit on Nusa Putra University's website using the Cobit 2019 Domain DSS framework. This study endeavors to identify weaknesses in the website (https://nusaputra.ac.id) to offer improved recommendations to its website administrators.
