PERANCANGAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SISTEM INFORMASI PADA WISATA SITU GUNUNG MENGGUANAKAN MODEL TOGAF ADM (Studi kasus: Kadudampit Sukabumi)

There is a unique tourist attraction called Situ Gunung Tourism which is located in the Sukabumi area, West Java, precisely in Gunung Pangrango Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. This unique tourist attraction provides a variety of natural beauty with cool air, there are several interesting spots that must be visited when traveling to this place. Not only that, Situ Gunung provides tour packages and various other culinary delights. Previously there had been a system built, but the system only contained simple information about Situ Gunung Tourism and there was a ticket booking feature, but this feature did not work. Meanwhile, potential visitors are not only Sukabumi people but also those from outside the city, of course they need complete information about the tourist attractions they will visit as well as booking tickets so they don't have to queue long. This research aims to develop an existing system by creating an enterprise architecture design to design a Situ Gunung Tourism information system to provide information, order online tickets, restaurants, manage data: ticket purchases, visitors and employees using the TOGAF ADM model and will produce a a blueprint that can later be used as a reference in implementing system creation, so that the design of the Situ Gunung Tourism information system can easily provide information and can improve services at Situ Gunung tourism. Test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) 70 show that the prototype created was well received..
