PENGARUH PENERAPAN PERATURAN KELAS TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

This study aims to determine the effect of class rules on the learning discipline of fourth grade elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative type with an experimental approach and uses a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design model, which is carried out on 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The population of this study were students of SDN 1 Caringin and SDN 3 Cisande with the sample used in the study, namely 40 fourth grade students of SDN 1 Caringin as the experimental class and 21 fourth grade students of SDN 3 Cisande as the control class with purposive sampling techniques or non-random sample selection techniques. Data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation 2) Questionnaire 3) Documentation. This study was conducted in 6 meetings in the experimental class and 4 meetings in the control class. The instruments used in the study were statement questionnaires (pre-test and post-test) totaling 15 pre-test questionnaires and 15 post-test questionnaires with the same statement items. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, homogeneity test, normality test, paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test data analysis, the output is sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be stated as significant. The average value obtained from the post-test of the experimental class is 51.73, which is greater than the average value produced by the post-test of the control class of 48.10. Through this data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of class regulations on the learning discipline of fourth grade elementary school students.
