Abstract
This research aims to examine the impact of physical classroom management on student discipline at Ainul Hayat Cicurug Elementary School. This study is motivated by observations indicating issues with student discipline, which are suspected to be influenced by suboptimal physical classroom conditions. The research method employed is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of physical classroom management on student discipline. The most influential factors include the arrangement of desks and chairs, classroom cleanliness, availability of a wall clock, reading corners, and educational wall decorations. Classrooms with good physical management create a conducive learning environment, enhance comfort, and motivate students to be more disciplined. The conclusion of this study is that physical classroom management plays an important role in improving student discipline. Therefore, effective physical classroom management can be a strategy to enhance student discipline in elementary schools. This research is expected to contribute to the development of classroom management practices in educational institutions.
