The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach, involving survey methods. The population studied was all employees of the Sukabumi Regency Social Service. The sampling technique uses a total sample or census, with as many samples as employees. To analyze the research instruments, validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests were carried out. For statistical analysis and relationships, the Hypothesis Test method is used; Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (T Test), coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, work motivation has a positive influence on the performance of Sukabumi Regency Social Service employees. Likewise, work discipline has a positive influence on the performance of Sukabumi Regency Social Service employees. This research shows that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive impact on the performance of Sukabumi Regency Social Service employees.
