Abstract
Company leaders must provide direction and comfort such as more open communication with workers so that a company leader can be closer to his employees and it is hoped that this will trigger an increase in employee work performance to become more productive and increase the organizational commitment of his employees so that they are more loyal in carrying out company tasks The research method used is a quantitative method through a census approach. The results showed that there was a significant influence between autocratic leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Jiwa (IFG LIFE) Sukabumi. It is recommended that a leader be able to respect opinions more from employees so that welfare and cooperation within the organization become more harmonious which will have an impact on organizational commitment which will increase the sense of loyalty of each employee to the company which will indirectly improve the work performance of employees.
