PENGARUH PROMOSI JABATAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BUSANA INDAH GLOBAL

This research was conducted to determine the effect of promotion and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Global Beautiful Fashion. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and using a purposive sampling method by observing 93 samples of PT employees. Busana Indah Global as respondent. The results of this research show that Position Promotion and Work Discipline have an influence on employee performance at PT. Busana indah global has an influence of around 70.1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. In the calculation results using SPSS, the influence of job promotion and work discipline has a significant value of 0.001<0.005, meaning that job promotion and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Busana Indah Global.
