PERENCANAAN DANA PASCA KERJA PEGAWAI SWASTA SERTA PENGARUH ORIENTASI MASA DEPAN DAN PENGETAHUAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERENCANAAN DANA PENSIUN (STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN SUKABUMI)

The aim of this research is to determine post-employment fund planning for private employees in Sukabumi Regency and to determine the influence of future orientation and financial knowledge on retirement fund planning. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was private employees in Sukabumi Regency with a sample of 100 people using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. This research uses primary data collected with the help of a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The analysis techniques used in this research are SEM on SmartPLS and Multinominal Logistic Regression on SPSS. The results of this research are that future orientation has a significant positive effect on pension fund planning, financial knowledge has an insignificant positive effect on pension fund planning, and future orientation and financial knowledge simultaneously have a positive but not significant effect on pension fund planning. This research also shows that age, education and income partially and simultaneously influence preferences for old age funds, while gender has no influence.
