Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between Reward and work discipline on employee productivity in the Sewing Department of PT. Daehan Global Sukabumi in the Sewing Department. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Daehan Global Sukabumi in the Sewing Department. This study is included in the quantitative correlational type. The population of this study was all employees of PT. Daehan Global Sukabumi in the Sewing Department totaling 2,740 employees, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through the random sampling method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques to test hypotheses and measure the level of influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results in this study, Reward has a positive effect on productivity, but the effect is relatively small and inconsistent with a significance level of 0.095. On the other hand, work discipline shows a significant effect with a t-value of 6.516 and a significance of 0.000, indicating a positive and significant effect of work discipline on work productivity. Simultaneous tests also show that both Reward and work discipline variables together have a positive and significant effect on productivity with an F count value of 60.634.
