FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBAYARAN NON TUNAI (STUDI KASUS PUSKESMAS BINAAN BANK BJB KCP CISAAT)

The aim of this research is to understand and evaluate the combined impact of usefulness, ease of use, and trust on cashless payment methods. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of the study includes patients from five health centers, namely Caringin Health Center, Kadudampit Health Center, Cisaat Health Center, Selajambe Health Center, and Cibolang Health Center. The data collection technique employed is the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, and Hypothesis Testing processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 27. The results of the study show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust together have a significant influence on cashless payments with an F calculated value of 46.553 exceeding the F table value of 2.87 and a significance level of
0.00 less than 0.05.
