Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a valuable asset for a company. The success of a company in managing and running its business cannot be separated from the competent HR factor, which supports the achievement of the company's goals and needs to be well-being so that employees can work optimally. This is exemplified by the case of Bank Mega's Sukabumi branch, which is currently experiencing human resource issues, namely a high turnover intention or large-scale employee turnover. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of workload and compensation as factors in the employee turnover at Bank Mega's Sukabumi branch. A sample of 47 respondents was taken using non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. This study employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25.0. The results show that workload and compensation significantly affect turnover intention. The suggested recommendation is that management should assign workloads to employees according to their expertise. Additionally, the company is expected to pay attention to providing both financial and non-financial compensation.
