PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN DI PT. SUKABUMI EKSPRES MEDIA RADAR SUKABUMI

This study was conducted to determine the influence of workload and work stress on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. The sample of this study is all employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi which totals 75 employees. The research approach used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data processing uses the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study show that workload and work stress partially have a significant effect on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. Then in terms of stimulant workload and work stress have a significant effect on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sukabumi Express Media Radar Sukabumi. That is, based on these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis set out in this study is accepted.
