Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Job Placement and Mutation Policy on the Performance of KSPPS Bayrul Ikhtiar Sukabumi Employees. The method used in this study is Quantitative. The population and sample used by all employees of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Sukabumi branch amounted to 49 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used was a validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression test using SPSS 26. The results of this study show that partially Job Placement has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, this is obtained by testing the t-test showing a Sig value of 0.017 <
0.05 and a calculated t-value of 2.481 > t table 2.012. The Mutation Policy partially has an influence on Employee Performance, this is obtained from the t- test test showing a Sig nikai of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.920 > t table
2.012. The results of the f test show that Job Placement and Mutation Policy together affect Employee Performance, this is obtained from the test of f test showing a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an f value of 31,257 > f table 4.05.
