Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Sukabumi Regency (BKPSDM). In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all ASN employees of BKPSDM Sukabumi Regency totaling 64 people. The number of samples taken was 64 people, with the determination of sampling using saturated sampling technique, namely using the entire population to be sampled. The data used in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and interviews. As well as secondary data in the form of data collected from various library sources, such as books and scientific journals. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis technique and assisted by Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and training and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
