PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM DENGAN PENGUNGKAPAN CSR SEBAGAI PEMODERASI (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and rupiah exchange rate on stock price with CSR disclosure as a moderator (empirical study on energy sector listed on IDX for the period 2019-2023). The method used in this study is a quantitative approach from documentary studies obtained from secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling based on the criteria applied, obtaining a sample of 12 companies out of 86 companies in the energy sector, resulting in 60 samples of 12 companies multiplied by 5 periods. In this study, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and linear regression analysis with moderation, which requires descriptive tests and classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing using R-squared coefficient of determination, T-test and F-test. Partial research results show that profitability (ROA) and rupiah exchange rate to USD have no significant effect on stock prices. Whereas, Liquidity (CR) and CSR have a significant effect on stock prices. CSR disclosure as a moderating variable shows that the results in this study partially have a significant effect, meaning that it is proven to moderate and strengthen the relationship between ROA and stock prices. While CSR disclosure is not proven to moderate and strengthen CR and exchange rates on stock prices.
