PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. YONGJIN JAVASUKA GARMEN

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work disciplineon job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population inthis study were all employees of the sewing department. PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment Kp. Pajagan RT.03/RW.11 Benda Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency.
The method used in selecting the sample was purposive sampling anddetermining the sample based on the criteria set by the researcher. Thequestionnaires distributed were 51 respondents who could be processed. The datais then tested for data quality using validity tests and reliability tests. After testingthe quality of the data, it was then tested using the classic multiple regressionassumption test. The classical assumption tests used consist of normality tests,multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. Then the data was analyzedusing the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f).
The results of this research are that the partial influence of Work Disciplinehas no effect on Employee Performance at PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment, it is known that the t value is -
1.402 < 2.011 with a significant value of 0.167 > 0.05. Job Satisfaction has a partial effect on Employee Performance at PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment, it is known that the t value is 1.232 < 2.011 with a significant value of 0.224 > 0.05. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Yongjin Javasuka Garment, known sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 54.697 > 3.19 Ftable.
