Abstract
An organization will not have the resources to achieve the best results without the support of the best people. The quality of the existing human resource can be measured by the performance of the employees. Employee performance refers to the employee's ability to work on their behavior while performing and completing work tasks for which individuals and groups are responsible. Performance can be one of the ways organizations measure the abilities of their current employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, supervision and work discipline on employee performance at Bank BJB KCP Cibadak. This study used a sample of 13 employee respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), interviews (secondary). The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely the F test (simultaneous) and the T test (partial). The results of the study show that leadership, supervision and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. Among other things, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. So, from these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable.
