ANALISIS STRATEGI PT PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI (PERSERO) DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN KINERJA KEUANGAN DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Kasus Pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Unit Nagrak)

The Covid-19 pandemic has directly or indirectly disrupted the country's economic performance. Due to this pandemic, the country's economic growth has fallen. The banking sector has an important role to advance the community's economy. Through financing from PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Unit Nagrak, it will help the community to be more productive because it gets capital assistance from banks. This paper aims to explain the Strategy Analysis of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani in Maintaining Financial Performance in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. This research is a qualitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach carried out using quantitative data calculations in the form of financial statements. While the financial statement analysis tool used is to use the CAMEL method Data in this study is primary and secondary data whose data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses data triangulation, that is, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research obtained are; (1) The strategy of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani in maintaining performance in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic is grace period or installment holidays, financing restructuring, Reshedule; and (2) The financial performance of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani during the Covid-19 pandemic results from calculations using the CAMEL method are still good and positive.
