ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA ANTARA METODE AHSP 2022 DAN METODE PELAKSANAAN PADA PROYEK PERUMAHAN

The success or failure of construction project implementation is often caused by a lack of careful project budget planning and ineffective control, resulting in inefficiency, this will result in swelling of the implementation budget. To control the budget plan before implementing the project, the contractor will make a project budget plan. In planning the project budget, two methods are used, namely the implementation budget plan (RAP) and the 2022 AHSP method, which will later be calculated from each method to find out which budget is more economical and which budget is not. Based on the results of calculating the estimated total cost of the type 30/60 house construction project of IDR 201,399,900.00 using the 2022 AHSP method calculation analysis, while from the results of a comparison between the two methods there is a total cost difference of IDR 54,277,500.00. The work time period is based on the 2022 AHSP coefficient for the construction of type 30/60 houses based on the duration of the completion time, which is 16 working days with a total of 180 workers. While the actual work in the field requires 10 days to complete the work with the same number of workers, 6 days faster than the specified time.
