ANALISA PERCEPATAN DENGAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF PADA PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH 2 LANTAI

In conducting a comparative analysis of acceleration costs with acceleration time, the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) method is used. The analysis is carried out by utilizing/shortening (crashing) the implementation time by using an alternative of adding working hours (overtime) for 3 hours. By applying the TCTO analysis, the implementation of the 2-storey house construction project at Griya Selabumi Indah Estate Housing, the duration of which after calculating using the crash duration method, it was found that the time needed to accelerate the implementation of the 2-storey house construction for 79 days, can be accelerated by 32 days from planning back to 111 calendar days. With the accelerated completion of the construction of a 2-storey house at Griya Selabumi Indah Estate Housing, an additional cost of Rp.8,664,161.09 is required with an additional cost (cost slope) of Rp.1,444,026.85 per day for 6 days, so that the optimal cost needed to accelerate implementation is Rp.293.352.125 which was originally planned to be Rp. 284,687,964.43.
