Abstract

A pier is a port building that is used to dock and moor ships that carry out loading and unloading of goods and boarding and disembarking passengers and is also a building structure built at sea to connect the land and the port. The pier consists of two structures, namely the upper structure (beams, anchors and floor plates) and the lower structure (piles). In the construction of the pier which is included in the KSPN Gili Air project which is located in North Lombok Regency, the pier uses the wharf type, a pier that is built parallel to the coast and juts out slightly into the sea by building a floating pier. The bottom structure used is the spun pile type. Spun piles are prestressed concrete piles with a hollow circular cross-section. So in this research the author will carry out research on moment analysis on piles using a JIS calculation method in order to find out how much crack load is produced, what the maximum load is, and how much difference is produced in the results of bending tests on piles using the method. This JIS.
Based on research, the resulting load value is 7,365.42 kg for Pcrack, it is good to use because the test results when it reaches a value of 7,500 kgf do not crack/are in good condition. With the maximum specification value or the maximum load produced, it is 15,429.94 kg, which means that when a pressure of 15,429.94 kg is applied to the test object, a fracture will occur in the test object. From the results of the bending moment calculation analysis, it can be seen that with the values obtained, it is still safe to carry out testing because there are no cracks or even fractures. After the load value has been determined, the difference when testing is carried out is around 134.58 kgf. Testing can be stopped by agreement between the consultant, contractor and tester, provided that the test object is still in good condition.
