ANALISIS EFISIENSI SALURAN IRIGASI PADA DAERAH IRIGASI CIMANDIRI KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

Water is the most important element in the management and maintenance of agriculture. The main purpose of the water distribution system is to provide sufficient water supply and pressure for the user, but in reality in the process of flowing water loss occurs on the way from the amount supplied, in distributing water to the paddy fields a network system consisting of channels and control building. Proper and efficient provision of irrigation water requires a discharge measuring building for each channel. The discharge measuring building functions to determine the discharge of water through the channel so that the supply of water to the paddy fields which are irrigation areas can be monitored, thus it is hoped that the provision of water is not excessive or lacking and in accordance with the water needs of the plants in the paddy fields. . The highest water loss value occurred in the Cimandiri main canal on the Cimandiri Sadap Building (BSCM) 6 canal section of 2.31 m3/d, while the lowest water loss value occurred in the Cimandiri Sadap Building (BSCM) 1 main canal of 0.14 m3/d.
