Abstract
Productivity is the quantity of work accomplished by the workforce per day. The amount of productivity can be known from the large quantity of work divided by the time needed by the workforce to complete the work. One of the factors that affect the amount of work productivity is the number of workers, but the number of workers per day needs to be limited based on the quantity of work and the cost of the project work. Therefore, the estimated cost of work needs to be known from the number of workers doing a job. The estimated cost of work is known from the number of workers and the wages of the workers per day. Productivity planning and estimated work costs for renovation projects that have been and are realized based on field observations will be compared with the 2022 AHSP. Therefore the authors conducted a comparative analysis using the combined data collection method of both primary and secondary data which afterwards resulted in differences in time, productivity and costs. cost of BNI ISU workspace renovation work between AHSP and realization. It can be concluded that labor productivity on floor work with a work quantity of 3812 m2 worked for 427 days with a total workforce of 5 people is 10.80 m2/day/person. Based on data obtained in the field for demolition work with a quantity of work of 3812 m2 carried out for 140 days with a workforce of 5 people, the labor productivity in the field was obtained at 29.96 m2/day/person. Whereas the difference between the company's productivity and AHSP in the renovation of the BNI ISU workspace was
17.92 m2/day/person. Based on the results of the analysis, the time needed to complete the BNI ISU workspace renovation project with an area of 3812 m2 based on AHSP is 405 days with a budget plan of Rp. 140, days with actual work costs of IDR 106,400,000.00. Therefore, the difference between the realized budget and the 2022 AHSP is IDR 265,390,000.00. Based on the results of the analysis, the comparison of the difference in labor productivity costs for renovating the BNI ISU workspace with an area of 3812 m2 is 41%, then it is concluded that the company's labor productivity is more profitable than labor productivity based on AHSP.
