PERHITUNGAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR DAN REKONSTRUKSI SALURAN INDUK DAERAH IRIGASI PASIRMALANG

Building an irrigation building requires careful planning, because it is closely related to the costs to be incurred. With careful planning, it can reduce the risk of materials being wasted due to the carelessness of builders. This study aims to obtain the results of calculating a budget plan that is more economical in the reconstruction of the Pasirmalang irrigation coating using UPA 2016 (unit price analysis 2016) and UPA 2022. The research location itself is in the village. Babakan RT/RW 03/04 Mekarjaya Village, Warungkiara District, Sukabumi Regency. By carrying out field observation data collection techniques and related research data which were processed on a microsoft excel device. After calculating the budget plan using the UPA 2016, where the results of the analysis show that the resulting budget calculation is Rp. 1,389,248,000.-, while for calculating the budget plan using the UPA 2022 the result is Rp. 1.416.806.000,-. The difference in the results of the calculation of the budget plan is Rp. 27,558,000, where the budget analysis using the UPA 2016 is more economical than the budget analysis using the UPA 2022.
