SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEREKRUTAN GURU BARU DI SD NEGERI 5 KARANG TENGAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE MOORA

Technological developments make the need for technology in all sectors of life to increase. One sector that cannot be separated from technological developments is the Indonesian education sector. Student success in learning is not only determined by internal factors such as ability, motivation, and student activity, but also determined by external factors such as learning facilities and environment, to the ability of teaching staff to develop various teaching skills. Therefore it is very important to find qualified teaching staff and fit the criteria. This research is expected to be a solution to the problems being faced by SD Negeri 5 Karang Tengah. Based on the results of calculations using the MOORA method, it can be seen that alternative A2 is the candidate for teaching staff with the highest score, namely 0.478. Then followed by alternatives A4 and A3 with respective scores of
0.409 and 0.408.
