Abstract

Civil servants are elements of the state apparatus that have a very significant role, namely as one of the organizers of development and government to achieve national goals.
The problem that occurs is the large number of applicants for Candidates for Civil Servants from year to year. The growth of Civil Servants has increased every year, starting from 2003
to December 2010, the number increased by 714.800 people (1.64%). In 2015, the number of civil servants in Indonesia reached 4.455.303. The number of people who when to become Civil Servants because the job is considered to be more secure both in terms o income and in the future. Meanwhile, being an entrepreneur is considered more uncertain. The method used in the research is FE-Growth, because FP-Growth works better and faster than the Apriori
Algorithm. This research provides a solution that that is a offered, namely opening the mindset of prospective workers that success is not considered to be a Civil Servants, there are
so many field of work that match your interest ant talents. In addition, it provides understanding to the parents of prospective workers to provides information and encouragement to increase productivity with their interests and talents. The trend pattern of prospective Civil Servants Candidates obtained a support value > 0.441, a Confidence value > 0.900 an Lift Ratio Value > 1.015. This application has tested several users and got a score of 80 so that it can be categorized as good and acceptable to users
