Abstract

Electrical energy is a much-needed resource, and its needs continue to increase. Indonesia is a country that has a huge potential for solar energy, up to 4.8 kWh/m2 per day, because it is located on the equator. The sun is a free resource. This can reduce dependence on energy sources purchased from third parties and reduce long-term operational costs. With a geographical location that has good solar potential, PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk has a PLTS with a total installed power of 272 KWp. Analysis of the PLTS installed at the orientation angle of installing the panel modules and the size of the inverter capacity shows that performance on the Installed PLTS obtains a power yield of 355.89 MWh per year, a performance ratio of 74.8% per year, while Performance on the adjusted PLTS obtains a power yield of 418.64 MWh per year, a performance ratio of 86.4%.
