PERANCANGAN UI/UX WEBSITE RAMAH WISATAWAN DI DINAS PARIWISATA KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

The Sukabumi Tourist-Friendly Information System, abbreviated as SURATAN, is a project that aims to assist the Tourism Office of Sukabumi Regency in improving the quality of services for tourists visiting Sukabumi's tourist destinations through the design of a user-friendly website with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. This design is implemented using the design thinking method. The design includes providing tourists with information about tourist destinations, attractions, rides, ticket prices, locations, recommendations and prices of food, accommodations, and other general information, User-friendliness, information, and communication are the core aspects of this system. Designing this system involves different design thinking phases, such as understanding users and the context, gathering ideas, developing concepts, and testing and iterating designs. Feedback from tourists and stakeholders is also considered to ensure that the design meets user needs. Optimal user interface design enhances information availability, facilitates users in finding the desired information, and improves the tourist experience in Sukabumi Regency.
